We call this model the "Suburban" because we think it fits very nicely in todays surburban developments. The center of the home is the 18'2" x 19'4" family room with a nice size eating bar that outlines the 12'4" x 14' kitchen. In the kitchen behind the bar is a double sink, dishwasher, and large counter space. There is plenty of counter space on the opposite wall which also contains the refrigerator. The counter top range and a double oven are on still another wall. There is also an island counter with a veggie sink and disposal. A huge pantry on one side of the kitchen and the 11' x 10' breakfast nook on the other. There are four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a formal dining room in this truly family home. That is not all, there is a 14' x 11' study and a three car garage, and the plans call for a 19' x 13'10" game room to be constructed above the garage.
