We use top of the line appliances in most of our homes. However, if a client has an appliance choice we will do everything possible to accomodate that request. The price difference, if there is one, will be discussed with the client before installation.

Yes, we do have some lots available. But as you know the number of lots we have and where they are located changes from time to time. Getting you a great lot is certainly the starting point of our meeting with you.

We generally expect to complete a 3000sq ft home in 6-7 months. Factors that change that estimate are: bad weather, availability of supplies and appliances, building crew illness. However, we do discuss the completion date with the client at frequent intervals.

We normally ask the buyer to provide us with a $2000 retainer payment at the time we sign a contract. Work will not begin on your home until we are assured that you have adequate financing for the remainder of the home construction cost.

Yes. In most cases we will be happy to build on a client's lot. Just remember that Hardwick Homes wants to build in and close to Collin county, Texas so, there may be times when your lot may be too far from our building resources. But, if your lot is near to where we are, please ask us to build your home.

Hardwick Homes gives each home buyer a 1 year warranty on the entire construction soundness. Other warranties within the home vary. Please ask Mr. Hardwick to discuss this important matter with you. We believe we stand behind our workmanship for a greater period than others might.
